At the US GP at Laguna Seca on Sunday 25 July 2010, Fiat Automobiles and Fiat Yamaha Team have decided to celebrate the production of the five hundred thousandth Fiat 500 in a very special way, directly involving all Fiat Yamaha Team supporters and the team's two riders.
Fiat Automobiles has decided to celebrate this important event, further proof of the incredible success of the 500, by repeating the initiative recently launched on the web dedicated to the production of the 500,000th unit of Fiat's smallest car (http://www.500millesima.fiat500.com/) on two wheels.
With the collaboration of Fiat Yamaha Team, starting from 1 June 2010, fans of Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo worldwide can join Fiat 500 enthusiasts across the globe and upload a smiling face to the web site: http://m1lagunaseca.fiatyamahateam.fiat.it/.
The countdown for the web initiative has already started and it won't last long!
All the photos uploaded by fans will be examined in order of arrival by Fiat Yamaha Team and then used in an exclusive, sensational homage to the enthusiasm of many fans and supporters of the team's two champions.
For Fiat Yamaha Team, this is only the most recent of several important Web 2.0 activities launched this year by the team in which the MotoGP fans and enthusiasts take a leading role.
